Orange Cake

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups wheat flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup butter without salt 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 egg whites 3 yolks of egg 2/3 cup 1 tablespoon grated zest of 1/4 Orange Orange juice teaspoon salt preparation: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Flour and grease a pan. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and salt. Save. In a large bowl place butter and beat with sugar until you obtain a creamy mixture.One by one, add the egg yolks, whisking after each addition. Alternating with orange juice add the flour.
