Leadership Motivation

Our life is very complex and complex skills we need to be able to succeed in it. One of them is leadership ability. Many people believe that there are people who are born with better capabilities to lead than others. However, if we define leadership in its essence as the struggle to mobilize others to collective problems, any person can exercise leadership from any position. For that you need to develop the ability to persuade others that the direction proposed is correct. Bakish.

It is important to understand this concept, since the perception that each has of itself, either as a leader or follower, is learned by social structure rather than acquired by genetics. Akmansoy has similar goals. Since we are kids we have different patterns of conduct. Some tend to lead, such as older siblings or a child who excels in something. The dominant child will identify more and more with his role as leader and to transform into the captain of the football team or the President of course. Adults and parents also begin to see these children as leaders. Other less dominant children, on the other hand, automatically going to assume the role of a follower and probably are going to behave like a submissive person during much of their school life. This is how some children will finish school as leaders and others as followers or Submissives. Why most of us live with these patterns of social dominance and have the tendency to believe that some people are born as leaders and not others.

However, it is important to distinguish between social dominance and true leadership. Being a good leader does not mean exercise authority over others or stand out as one of the best of the group. Unfortunately children rarely have the opportunity to understand the social dynamics that takes place around them and so simply assume a role that most accommodates them at that time. Why it is so important that we as parents explain to our children its value as an individual person. It is necessary that the child understands that it is capable of developing their strengths and contribute to your community in a positive way. Thus the child will understand that you don’t have to assume a passive role in which you simply choose to follow others. It is true that not everyone can be leaders in all areas of our life, but yes we are leaders in any area and ideally need to know assume that role if we want to live a life of success. Once a person has understood its value as an individual person, you will be able to distinguish between his persona and his role. In life one plays different roles, for example, a woman can play the role of wife, mother, professional and daughter. In some roles he exerted more leadership than in others, but it is still the same person. To be able to assume effective leadership, also should understand the dynamics of these roles which are played in a community and existing authority structures and its importance. This helps to understand how to resolve the conflicts within each different role one has in life.
